One of the most important aspects of Holistic Nutrition is understanding your own energy, constitution and being. We have the common misconception in society today that there is a one size fits all for healing, nourishing and eating.
In Ancient practices, we first understand our unique energy and constitution. We understand how our energy works to find our balances and imbalances. And this is how we begin to heal. To know what foods we need, when is best to consume and how best to consume. We are not all the same. One food or plant that may be helpful for someone, could be hindering for another. This is why we want to get to know you first, gain deeper insight into your energy and begin the process of assisting you heal yourself through a multidimensional holistic approach.
You are what you digest
We’re all uniquely different people. Which means we’re not intended to all eat the same, exercise the same, or live the same lifestyle. We have different like and dislikes, tastes and distastes, and we all have different constitutions which make up our own unique being. Learning about you to assist you in way that’s best for you is my focus.
It’s my goal to allow you to become the best version of yourself of which you are most proud. We will explore ancient sciences together such as Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and other practices that are known to be successful. By understanding your own unique constitution we can find out what foods, what exercises, and what mindful practices are best for you.
