Airport Hangar Wedding in Niagara-On-The-Lake

When we were put in touch with Jess & Joe (you can view their waterfall engagement session here) and they told us they were planning a unique wedding we knew we wanted to be apart of it. They are obviously an insanely stunning pair, but they are also two of the sweetest & most hilarious people. After chatting with them we knew the wanted to be the ones to capture such a special time in their life. Jess is from Toronto and Joe is from Buffalo, they met at a Bills Game, they got engaged out west and planned a wedding in Niagara-On-The-Lake. They also adore tacos & tequila so we knew they were good people. We loved everything about their story and their wedding vision.

They started their day getting ready at Oban Inn in Niagara-On-The-Lake and an Airbnb in the area. They held their ceremony and reception at an airplane hagar at Niagara District Airport in Niagara-On-The-Lake. It was one of the most unique, relaxed, down-to-earth and genuine day we’ve been apart of. It was the most gorgeous day with golden light pouring into the hangar during the late evening ceremony and reception. The food was absolutely amazing and the people in attendance were even better. The hangar was filled with so much love & laughter. Every speech was dynamite. We ended the night dancing with these two + friends & family while watching classic movie clips on the big screen. This is why we LOVE WEDDINGS; they are all unique to each couple + love story. Also, how cool are the airplane bottle openers they had as take away gifts? What made the night even better was the fact we ended up moving 5 minutes away from this venue and could walk home (although we definitely didn’t do that).
