During my RYT200 Yoga training I became very connected to the power of Pranayama. I am trained in both Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga which guided me to become a certified breath work healer.
I am extremely passionate about Breath Work and how our vital life force energy can transform our beings. I am a certified Breath Work Facilitator in both Ancient Pranayama and Modern Day Breath Work Practices.

Breath Work is an active form of meditation that encompasses various breathing techniques that can control and elevate our state of being. Our breath allows us to connect to our mental, spiritual, emotional and physical well being.
In Sanskrit, prana means "vital life force" and "yama" means to gain control. Therefore, pranayama (our breath) is our life force energy, and we have the ability to control our breath to experience different states of consciousness and access different states of being. Pranayama is our flow of energy and is an ancient yogic practice that elevates our life force energies.
Modern Day Breath Work is a modern take on elevating our state of being through different and modified ancient breath work techniques.
Prior experience to breath work is not necessary. Breath Work is accessible, open and beneficial for all.

I offer in person virtual and online Breath Work Classes, Guided Breath Work Meditations as well as one-on-one health coaching and mentorship.
I also provide a 3 month healing journey that I coach alongside my wife which is an integrative program of Breath Work, Yoga, Human Design and Reiki.

Breath Work has given me practices that allows me to manage, learn from and overcome everyday challenges, resistances and life struggles. Managing my emotions and staying calm and grounded is a daily conscious practice for me. Breath Work has shifted my anxiousness and given me a physical, emotional and spiritual practice to come back to myself, while inspiring me to practice self love even more.
Breath Work increases my energy to start my morning, while also supporting my rest when I'm ready to sleep. It has also given me the confidence and encouragement I need to get outside and move my body in fresh air and ground in nature. The connection to my breath has repaired by circadian rhythm and improvement my overall wellbeing.
Both Ancient and Modern Day Breath Practices have given me tools to manage anxiety and stress, has healed my snoring and improved my overall mental, physical, spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
