Reiki is a Japanese healing technique used to reduce stress and anxiety, promote relaxation and many other emotional, physical and spiritual healing benefits. Reiki accesses and works with the subconscious parts of the mind to bring into the awareness old, stagnant or negative energy, and removes it from your body. The removal of these blockages allows life force energy to flow more easily.
Reiki means the higher power of life force energy, and is a spiritually guided life force energy that has many healing benefits. We are all energy and everything we interact with is energy as well. Reiki is the healing practice of using our life force energy to remove energy blockages from the body throughout our chakras using Reiki symbols, hand placements and crystals.
Reiki can be performed in-person or long distance. Currently, I am focusing on long distance Intuitive Reiki Healing, which allows you to receive healing while in meditation in the comfort of your own space. There is a long distance Reiki symbol that I use that allows us to stay connected energetically. Crystal healing, chakras and oracle cards are a large part of my Reiki healing sessions.
Holy Fire® Reiki is a new form of Reiki that was introduced three years ago by the ICRT (International Center for Reiki Training). It is a powerful and gentle healing, providing empowerment and guidance.
Holy Fire® energy comes from a higher level of consciousness, and was introduced as the consciousness of humanity rises.

Every energy healer has their own unique gifts in how they work with energy and receive messaging. I have always been a deep feeler and intuitive, being able to understand the feelings of others. I am also deeply connected to receive clear messaging through cards and my clairvoyance. My strongest sense is inner vision, meaning I visualize those who have crossed over, receive messaging from loved ones and am deeply connected to the energy of others. I use Reiki to clear energy and give energy, and I also perform Spirit Attachment Releases, provide Tarot and Oracle Card Readings, set intentions with you, ask your guides questions and help you receive answers you may be seeking. I provide a full clearing and healing experience and journey through your healing with you.

Reiki is performed by hand placements and symbols. It can be performed in-person, or even long distance, as there is a long distance symbol that is used to connect and send Reiki.
We are alive because life force energy flows through us. Life force flows within our physical bodies through pathways called chakras, meridians and nadis. It also radiates an energy field that is referred to as the aura. Our aura is felt by ourselves and others.
Our life force energy is responsive to our internal dialogue. When we accept, either consciously or unconsciously, negative thoughts or feelings about ourselves, these beliefs and emotions become a part of our energy field. This causes a disruption in the flow of our energy which presents as physical, mental and emotional pain.
Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field, giving positive energy and raising the vibration of the aura. This healing of high vibrational energy helps clear the low vibrational or negative thoughts and feelings from aura. Reiki clears the energetic pathways, allowing life force energy to flow with more ease. This creates a healthy flow of energy through our mind, bodies and souls.
Anyone has the ability to become a Reiki healer. The Reiki Master or Practitioner performing the healing is simply a conduit to the life force energy that exists within you and around you. It is never harmful and always healing.

How Does It Work?

My distance Intuitive Reiki Healing sessions are offered in either 60 minute or 90 minute experiences. We would connect via phone call before your session. When the session is about to begin, we would hang up the call and you will meditate in the comfort of your own space. During your meditation, I will be performing Reiki to cleanse and clear unwanted and stagnant energy, while also intuitively connecting to your energy to gain further insights into your healing.

distance sessions
All of my intuitive healing sessions consist of differing oracle card readings that I provide to you post session. After your session I will call you to go over the healing experience with you. I send a summary and your card reading post session for you to sit with and be able to witness the growth and expansions of your healing and intentions.
